Service Agreement
Service Guarantee: Web hosting payments made to Netbudur are eligible for a refund within 7 days of the order. Virtual servers, dedicated servers, domain names, monthly reseller hosting and our other services are not covered by this refund policy. Refunds approved under the 7-day money-back guarantee are processed within 21 business days. Resellers may terminate their own members’ accounts. Arbitrary refund requests will not be considered. Netbudur Network Services is responsible for keeping the hosted server and other purchased services online from the order date until the end of the purchased term. This responsibility ends, and the relevant service may be suspended, if any of the rules below are violated.
Payment: Fees must be paid in advance before services provided by Netbudur Network Services can be activated. If a renewal date falls on a weekend or public holiday, payment must be made on the preceding business day. The customer-management system is automated and suspends unpaid services one hour after the due time. If payment is not received within four hours after suspension, the user’s data may be deleted from Netbudur Network Services servers. Netbudur Network Services is not responsible for data loss resulting from such circumstances.
Domain Names: Domain names registered through Netbudur Network Services are registered using the information provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for all use of the domain. Netbudur Network Services may send reminder emails as expiry approaches, but tracking and renewing the domain before expiry remains the customer’s responsibility.
System Usage: Customers purchasing web hosting or reseller hosting from Netbudur Network Services accept that the server is shared with other customers. If a customer’s website consumes resources in a way that affects the performance of other customers’ websites, Netbudur Network Services may suspend that website temporarily or permanently.
Yedekleme : Netbudur Network Services currently backs up web hosting and reseller hosting accounts on weekly and monthly schedules. However, Netbudur Network Services is not obligated to create backups. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
Illegal Use: Netbudur Network Services may not be used for an unlawful purpose or to support unlawful activity. Netbudur Network Services may investigate suspected illegal activity or misuse and may terminate the relevant service based on its findings.
Tehdit/Tehlike : The customer is responsible for any harmful material distributed through Netbudur Network Services, including by email or upload. Netbudur Network Services may intervene and terminate the relevant account in such cases.
Fraud and Misrepresentation: Any object to misleading, misleading, misleading and correcting is considered to be in a secure environment. Using Netbudur Network Services services, products purchased and sold with cheating, parts or services, financial initiatives are referred to as “ fraud” and applied to the necessary “social processes”.
E-mail / Haber Spam : Sending malicious email or bulk messages that disrupt other users may result in account termination. Spam is strictly prohibited.
Access & Privacy: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user’s account through Netbudur Network Services or violating an organization’s privacy policies is strictly prohibited.
Virus and Harmful Behavior: Other individuals will affect business and network information/processes (DDOS, trojan, virus v.b.) are strictly prohibited from the use of software and distribution of hosted viruses.
Site contents and Server Usage: All websites hosted on Netbudur Network Services servers must comply with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Websites containing hacking or warez content may not be hosted. Netbudur is responsible for hardware and network support on the provided servers; software administration is the customer’s responsibility.

5. Retention and preference period
