Important Information

Service type in return requests, the starting date and demand of the service is evaluated. The return process is progressed through the support request.

Returnable Products

There is no refund in the following service payments to Netbudur:

  • Domain services
  • Dedicated / physical server services
  • SSL certificates
  • License services

Returnable Products

In some services purchased from Netbudur Network Services, you can create a refund request within certain periods.

  • Refund request is possible within 15 days from the date of purchase in webhosting services.
  • There is no need to show any terms or reasons for webhosting returns.
  • Return request within 7 days from the date of service in virtual server services.
  • In the virtual server return, a Netbudur-sourced problem should occur in the product to be returned.
  • Returns outside this scope are not subject.

Refund Process

The refund of the accepted products will be made within 21 days to the bank account number you will specify through the support request.
